About Cwybr Fawr

Quality family touring park and caravan storage

Cwybr Fawr Touring Park, North Wales was first opened in 1937, from humble beginnings allowing tents to be pitched in the field.

Due to the Second World War, the tent pitching park was closed down, but the park continued to offer storage facilities. It was not until 1952, Cwybr Fawr re-opened the holidaying element of the park as one of the first caravan sites in North Wales catering for seasonal touring caravans and tents.

At this time Cwybr Fawr Touring Park is proud to be the only CASSOA (Caravan Storage Owners Association) registered storage site in Denbighshire North Wales.

Cwybr Fawr Touring Park returned to its roots in 2011 and opened an all-season touring site with 19 pitches. Cwybr Fawr is a family-run business which not only operates as a touring site and caravan storage facility, it continues to farm the land and is well known in the North Wales area for its horse livery.
